The bullet train from Qingdao to Beijing did not only look blazing fast it also was blazing fast! We got up to 269km/h which is pretty speedy if you ask me. Even though sadly it’s changing now, Beijing is a very big city with still some nice old school flair. It has plenty of famous hutongs (little side streets) and there’s a pleasant surprise on almost every corner. Never felt I any sense of danger and trust me you won’t get bored here. Zai jian!
